All of Allen Andrews's appraisers are State Certified Residential or Certified General and have experience in all areas of real estate including brokerage, underwriting, consulting, and banking.

Errors and Omissions Insurance (E&O) is held by all appraisers and each client assigned to Allen Andrews is covered at the maximum level. Proof of insurance can be found listed among the appraiser profiles and a hard copy can be furnished upon request.


Sample Appraiser 1 – John Doe
Formerly a partner at XYZ Appraisals, LLC, John formed ABC Appraisals, Inc.. to simplify the appraisal process for his clients. John has an extensive marketing and consulting background and consistently integrates technology into corporate structure in order to streamline clients' appraisal needs.


Sample Appraiser 2 – Jane Doe
Jane Doe has appraised residential and 2-4 unit properties for the past 15 years, and has been licensed since 1990. She prides herself on extensive knowledge and expertise in her service areas. Jane has held a (state) Real Estate Broker's license since 1985, though she has appraised real estate full-time since 1990 because she enjoys the challenge of determining the estimated value of properties using the most current appraisal methods and technology. Jane stays abreast of all changes and improvements in her field of expertise by participating in continuing education classes yearly.


Sample Appraiser 3 – Jim Doe
Jim Doe has been employed at ABC Appraisals, Inc., for 21 years and has extensive experience in real estate appraisals, including corporate asset valuation of real estate and cost analysis of buildings.  He has specialized in the appraisal of real estate for lending purposes, real estate investment analysis, and in valuation consulting services.  He has over 31 years experience in property management, real estate appraisal and consulting and has completed assignments in the appraisal of truck repair facilities, cold storage plants, shopping centers, discount stores, medical clinics, apartment complexes, banking and office buildings, motel, hotels, residential and vacant land analysis.  He has appraised subdivisions and large single and multiple occupant industrial complexes.  As an appraiser, Jim Doe has experience in special purpose properties and has also been involved in legal proceedings involving land re-use and condemnation.
